Your privacy is important to me. This policy describes how I, Taylor Davis, the operator of the Advanced List and Spreadsheet Comparison Tool (hereinafter referred to as "the Tool" or "this website"), handle information.
I only ask for personal information when I truly need it to provide a service to you. I collect it by fair and lawful means, with your knowledge and consent. I also let you know why I’m collecting it and how it will be used.
The data you paste into the text areas for comparison (List 1 and List 2) is processed in your browser. This data is NOT sent to my servers (as this is a client-side tool), stored, or logged by me. It is used solely for the purpose of performing the comparison you requested and displaying the results back to you on the page.
The comparison logic runs entirely client-side (in your web browser). I do not transmit your list data to any external server for processing.
Since I do not store your list data, the security of that data remains within your control and your browser's environment. I strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect any minimal operational data (like anonymous usage statistics if I were to implement them, which I currently do not for this tool).
I currently do not use cookies for the functionality of this comparison tool. If this changes, this policy will be updated.
My website may link to external sites that are not operated by me. Please be aware that I have no control over the content and practices of these sites, and cannot accept responsibility or liability for their respective privacy policies.
I may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. I will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.

I reserve the right, at my sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, I will try to provide reasonable notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at my sole discretion.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of [State of Virginia, USA], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
